Always had the tools. We had to rent an Auger for snaking our plumbing. It was very quick to pick it up the tool worked great and wasn't dirty. The prices were a little high but they had them in stock and very easy to return. Great place to rent big tools.

Gregg, who works in the garden department of the Newport News store, is the best! Every time he is there when I am shopping for soil, mulch, rocks (and anything else), he always asks if I need help. He gives great advice and always loads the big, heavy bags into my vehicle without being asked. Just a super nice guy who seems like he enjoys his job and helping customers! When I thank him, he just says “I’m here to help.” He is someone who represents the store very well.
Horrible company! My disabled family member who no longer has the use of their legs purchased a riding lawnmower from this store. They were supposed to deliver it to their home. Instead they sold the machine a 2nd time to another person and said they were ordering a replacement to be delivered. Horrible customer service! You should not take advantage of any persons especially a disabled person.
Too much Made in China crap
I was surprised that Home Depot states they give military 10% off on their purchase. They don't. On a large purchase good luck with that.
