Customer service was little to none. Everyone made us feel like we were bothering them. Instead of buying $300 in deck wood, we left.
Lori Snyder Knowles 1 min · I just want people to know how We are being treated by Home Depot in Erie. We bought a new slider and it was to be in installed on September 11th. The install was done and it was bad!!! Actually terrible. I called Home Depot to send some one out to look at it. Make a long story short they were to be out today to fix it and they never showed up. The field supervisor has yet to call me. I am soooo beyond frustrated I don;t want to have any one else have to go through this. .
Home Depot failed to deliver a home appliance as agreed and paid for. Threshold service paid for and got a refrigerator left on our sidewalk. Happens all the time, says lone delivery man handling giant appliance. Nice outsourcing. To be fair, the delivery dept person we spoke to was appalled and did her best to make it right, but this should not have happened in the first place, since we still ended up with a fridge on our sidewalk. Thanks Home Depot!
Thank goodness we have Home Depot!! 15 minute wait for things ordered online compared to Lowes 3 hour wait!!
