I was over 20' trying to find out if they have wood pallets over the phone, and after being on hold and talking to 5 different people asking the same question, my call was disconnected. Customer service not good at all.

My two young daughters (2 yrs and 4 yrs) recently got a playhouse for our backyard. They insisted on painting the door pink. We went to the West Jordan Location on a very busy Saturday morning to purchase paint. An employee named Becca was working at the paint counter. She was amazing!! Not only was she very patient as we searched for the perfect shade of pink, she also took the time to show the whole process of mixing the paint and allowed my girls to help. Carlos and Gene were amazing in customer service. Helped us find what we needed, got it cut to size, and were friendly the whole time. Will be coming back for sure!
We rented a tiller. When we finished with it, we hosed it down to clean it up as instructed. Upon return, they wanted to charge us a $75 cleaning fee for a but of dirt on the tines. We offered to spray it off AGAIN at the store if there was a hose. The guy said there was no hose. When we asked how he planned to clean it, his reply: a hose. SO we got to bring it back home, spray the bit of dirt off and take it back a second time. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST.
