We went to do curb side pick up and the woman and customer service started snapping at us. Then when we asked for a supervisor she got even meaner. Go to another Home Depot! Manager said she would come out never say her never got an apology. Not going back to this store.
West jordan home depot employees give up on wearing masks?
My husband went in for a 3x3 piece of carpet pad for a carpet repair. Carpet pad is sold by the sq ft or in rolls. The associate at the American Fork Utah store would not sell him the piece he needed and made him buy an entire roll. Unacceptable.
West Jordan Home Depot is the best in the Salt Lake valley!
I had a hard time with this review because throughout my big basement project, Home Depot has either been exceptional or downright horrible. First, I want to say Alenna (not sure if spelled right) was amazing when it came to picking out carpet and purchasing vinyl plank. She really knows her stuff. I went in for help on a trench design for my sprinkler system and received a 70 page waste of paper. Which did not have one page of what I was looking for. Thanks for nothing. I guess I will be buying supplies for my project somewhere else.
No open cashier's and only 2 self service working. Then can't scan product so we left to go-to Lowes
