I haven't shopped here too often, but I was in the market for repotting a plant 🌱 came acrossed a nice gentleman hauling some soil curious where I should go for a few items. He didn't quite know where the dirt was that I needed at first but was very kind and( took the time to scout out where it was located) even explained to me some helpful pointers as he had some personal experience with plants. The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is the very helpful guy in the paint section. I tried to have someone help me with plywood, but the cashiers were too busy playing catch to page someone, after I had asked for assistance.
I only gave one star because it wouldn’t let me give a zero. Bought a dishwasher there over a month ago took a couple of weeks to deliver it, When it arrived it was dented. We were told they would send another one out. Its 2 weeks later and we were told it would be delivered today. We called this morning and they told us it will be delivered between 7 and 11. We waited all morning and no show. We called and they said the manufacturer didn’t ship it to the warehouse. So why did we not get a phone call?!?! We wasted all mornin... read more
We love this store , especially firs Saturdays for the kids activity!!!
NEVER shop at the Home Depot in West Jordan! Their customer service sucks!! When you're trying to buy the last floor model for 20% off and they ring you up for full price. You tell the other associate that the KID helping you out told you that their manager said it was the last one and they would honor the 20% off. This is a complete lie! I'm so disappointed in the way their managers handled the situation! This would never happen to us at other stores!
Friendly knowledgeable people work here everyone should shop here.
The triplets and I are in several times a month. Great store! Everyone is helpful and we love checking things out.
