We have been reinventing our yard. 2 weeks ago, we rented an auger to dig post holes and it wasn't until we got home that we realized that the bit had a broken tooth. We did the best we could with it but was unable to finish the project with it being broken. When we returned it, I told the worker about it and he said he'd have a technician fix it. Last weekend, we went to rent it again and the 10-inch had NOT been repaired so we had to use a 12-inch this making HUGE holes for a small picket fence. Then we get to this morning... read more

This HOME DEPOT is well stocked. If you need help finding an item, the employees are very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Also, they allowed my puppy Luna in their store. She had a nice time cruising down the aisles and meeting friendly staff��
Tried to purchase a tree but there wasn’t a sku number on it and it was the only one. It only had the tag saying how much and the name. Brittany in customer service was extremely rude and wouldn’t help me so that I could purchase it. I ended up leaving without buying the tree because her or the assistant manager were not interested in helping to figure out the sku or look it up so I could purchase the tree. Very frustrating and I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in customer service.
I'm not understanding the need for allowing ppl to have their pets with them while they shop. What about ppl with allergies. Just in two days 10 ppl had dogs. They are not all service dogs. I love mine just the same but there is a place for them home depot is not one of them.
