Their customer service is non existent! Sales associates do not want to be bothered with customers. This is not only happening in this store but in other Home Depots also!
Somehow you pulled it off Home Depot. I managed to walk into the store, look for at least 10 minutes to try to find a fitting for my plumbing... another 10 minutes looking for a specific electric outlet... then checked out in self checkout.. All without a SINGLE employee say 'Hi', or 'Can I help you?'... NOTHING. Save your money - why have employees. just do self checkout. Then in one year just close the stores and have them online - since many new displays just refer to items you can buy online anyways. Well done - I will b... read more
