Went to Home Depot the evening of Oct 20th to see if they would price match a bulk appliance promotion Lowes was offering ($500 off my order - https://www.lowes.com/pdf/ApplianceSavings_GetDetails.pdf…). The manager that evening stated they could not match the promotion; however, their system (apparently linked to distributors) said the appliances could be delivered by October 31st which is when I needed them delivered. I wouldn't recommend this store at all. I called to see if they carried something and the woman on the phone was absolutely rude and completely unhelpful her tone with me told me how the employees treat customers. It completely turned me away from buying anything from this store and its location.
Stopped at Home Depot to make a purchase got harassed by the credit card company for 20 minutes made me late to work — Buy a Dyson sweeper with your credit card with this company will harass you also!!! Last several experiences in the store have been horrifi!!! I need to start shopping at Lowe’s again! 20 minutes later and I’m still standing here seeing if I can make a purchase on my own credit card—- this place is becoming a joke 😂
We took our daughter to the kids workshop and we all love it, everything was organized and the staff was awesome 👏
I have to say I don't buy a lot of things from Home Depot unless it is a project that requires me to do so. However in the past month I have been there several times. I had and issue and asked to speak to the manager. The Manager I spoke with was named Rob D. he was the greatest. He did everything in his power to help me both times I was in there having trouble. My hat goes off to you Rob D. Thank you for all you have done to make me a Home Depot returning customer.
Stephanie seems to have issue with finding product it is been ordered for over two months. They claim they’re going to cancel our order for appliances… Yet they cannot seem to find the flooring we ordered and already paid for. Maybe Miss Stephanie can explain how to put appliances in prior to the flooring. Earlier this evening My Dad and I went to get a plumbing valve and some coolant for the car, and we went up to the registers to pay, and we were told that "We're only using the self checkout" and that you were down to one person when there was TWO people standing right there in front of us so they weren't using any other registers. But we did get what we needed over at Lowe's, it was a little more pricey, but if you want our money, you'll have someone there to take it, if not you'll be losing our business.
