Don't ever buy countertops from Home Depot. I purchased mine two months ago. Paid in full in advance and they took three weeks to send someone out to measure because they "could not accomodate" my schedule. The stone company forgot to send the template to home depot or so Home Depot said. Finally I get an installation date for today. Two months later. OMG the tool rental desk is so SLOW, seemingly disorganized, just a good ole boy situation. I finally left in disgust as it was clear it would be a looooong time before they ever got to me. I told my daughter it was the worst of all possible worlds - like shopping midweek midday with the housewives - ugh! I drove from Fuquay to Garner to rent instead, and they completed the transaction in less than 5 minutes.
Terrible service! If I could give zero stars I would! Don't buy an appliance and expect them to stand behind their product when it doesn't work (twice). I'll be without a washing machine for 3 weeks. Thanks Home Depot!
I think this is the 4th time in a row that this Home Depot has been out of stock for what I was looking for.
Never buy plants from here. They never make it. I buy plants from Walmart and they thrive. I bought bushes from here last year and they all died after following proper watering and sunlight. Thought maybe I did something wrong and bought flowers and garden plants from here this year again proper sunlight and watering again they died. Not wasting money there anymore. Like I said Walmart and farmers market plants thrive but not from home depot. Stay in the lumber business
This store never does anything right. My husband and I had an appointment with Rodney to do a $5000 countertop job. We show up and another customer cuts in before us. Rodney told her he had someone else's name down, but decided to help her instead of us -most likely because she was pushy and entitled, but nevertheless, it was us who had the appointment.
