Came to get several items 1 being a kerosene Large heater,There was none on the floor so we asked shalette at customer service it showed 9 in stock so she located on top shelf and told my husband good luck at getting that!! He responded if they want to sale they will get it , she replied this isle stays busy... They are now working to get it down... 15 minutes for them to come look and now preparing to get it down! Geesh it’s 30 degrees and none on floor to sale you would think they’d want the sales!
The staff was SO helpful today as we prep for Hurricane Florence! And they are always helpful during non-disaster prep times as well. This is my favorite Home Depot in the Triangle!
Won’t take a Veteran card that was issued to my husband through the VA! The cashier told him to start shopping Lowe’s Home Improvement they would take it. Way to lose business, have the employees tell you to shop some place else!
Someone needs to tell Paulette in the Nursery at the register her time working would be better spent helping customers that are struggling getting product than texting on her phone and glancing up to watch them struggle. I realize she wasn’t busy....but that is the time to provide great customer service.
Not a Service Dog friendly Home Depot! Manager, approached us that we were in the store too long. Asked if we had service dogs, which I clearly stated yes. He asked for paperwork and kept saying that the sign on the door states No Dogs allowed. If he was educated, he would know that he can only legally ask two questions. Is this a service dog and what type of service does this dog perform?
Curtis in the electrical department rocks!!! Knows electrical work and knows where everything is in his department. Home Depot Management: Keep Curtis happy!!!! He is all too rare in the big box DIY market.
I don't usually post reviews but I have to give a shout out to Don in the lumber department today for going above & beyond! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He helped us choose the right wood for a shiplap project, and precision cut a LOT of lumber for us, saving us a ton of time and frustration. I'm a perfectionist and was nervous about the wood chipping but was super impressed with how careful and perfect his cuts were!
