Service is ridiculous here. Especially in the paint department.
the customer service is terrible, I'm in there often and everything is self check out. Lawn and garden is never open during the posted hours. the people on the floor are too busy talking to each other to be helpful. with ever visit I feel like I'm doing more work than the employees. Holly Springs is getting a Lowe's home improvement- thank God. you guys suck.
Friendly sales clerks.. but only one register open in the wood area and others were self check outs
This Home Depot has very helpful staff. Guys are always helpful in the garden center and with mulch. I had a window issue and was helped by a guy named Jeff. It was not his department but Jeff went above and beyond to assist me, he was knowledgeable and friendly and gave great customer service!
I used to work at this location and I absolutely loved it. My co workers were awesome and management really helped when in need.
I would recommend this location if you don't need too much help. I went in last weekend for Milorganite as online showed 69 in stock. The product was not in the usual location so I asked for help. I was then told that they would go check out back. They came back stating it was a seasonal item and they would not be getting anymore in stock. I had to go to the store yesterday for something else and lo and behold they had plenty of fresh stock! They never checked out back. Today we came here for a chandelier for my daughters bedroom. The chandelier hanging up said $87 on the tag. I took it up to purchase & it rang up as $109. I had a screaming baby with me & it took them forever to get back to the customer service rep Crystal as to why the price rang up differently. I went back to investigate myself and noticed they deceptively took the $87 price off the chandelier. Excellent customer servce
Called today to discuss a situation. Spoke with an asst. mgr. who said he would talk to mgr. who was in a meeting and would call me back. 2 1/2 hrs. later after no return phone call, I called again. Was told mgr. was not in the store. Spoke with asst. mgr. who was no help at all. Issue still not resolved; horrible customer service. On our way to Lowes to make two major purchases. Now I understand why this store has 2.6 out of 5 star rating. Finished with Home Depot!
