So. It’s fall. I do projects. Time to put out fresh mulch. No problem. Yesterday I ordered 30 bags of mulch. I ordered from The Home Depot. Yes, I could have ordered bulk but I wanted a specific brand for a specific reason. My money, my choice. The delivery fee was 79.00. Save yourself from a possible headache. Never buy a major appliance from Home Depot. The return/exchange policy gives you 48(!!!) hours and that is all! If you figure out that you got a dud more than 48 hours (but less than a week) later, they basically tell you to lose time at work while you wait around for repair people. A nice big F You to loyal customers. Go to LOWES. At least they give you 30 days!
I thought that Home Depot had a NO MASK NO ENTRANCE policy but apparently not at this Home Depot! I cannot tell you how many people were walking around without masks on! Come on people do your part! Home Depot employees do your part!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked an older lady who was working there if she could help me find some concrete. She gives me an attitude and asks me to stand 6ft away from her and asks me where my mask is because I am supposed to wear one, meanwhile hers is on her chin. She doesn’t even know how to wear one properly. I don’t appreciate being treated like that as a customer, especially considering the “face covering requirement” doesn’t take effect until TOMORROW at 5pm. Will never shop HD again based on my experience at this store. Too bad, since HD used to be the first place I shopped as home owner and skilled DIYer. No excuse for disrespectfully smart-mouthing (read abuse) a good customer for buying in the employees literal words/opinion “non-essential” goods from his store. One must suspend disbelief that this incident actually occurred.
Will never recommend the one in Fuquay Varina. They have the most useless staff
