Caveat Emptor! I had an issue and called customer service and was told there would by no problem, but I needed the manager's approval. This person would not even deign to talk to me. I have instructed my employees to never, ever purchase anything at Home Depot again. I do not expect someone working at this lever to be an erudite, but these mindless people are insufferable. I blame their management, which is easy to correct-TERMINATE THEM!
Attempted to have a custom oswt made. It was so poorly done I didn't let them finish the install. 4 hours later and not even a phone call follow up. Shocking as I went with he Depot because I thought they stood by products.
i made a paint order a week ago before things got so crazy out there. to paint my 6 year olds bathroom to surprise my daughter for her 7th birthday march 29th. palm beach lakes blvd. said my paint is ready for pick up. I told them ..can. I pay for the extra if you mail it or delivery it .do to my daughter having heart and lung disease and high risk and i didnt want to go out cause of the coronavirus and they told me no..they cant help me like that.. they said i would either have to cancel my order or go pick it up....wow tha... read more
I'm way over it. Home Depot is basically only self checkout near me. I bought 6 cans of spray paint and a bottle of contact cement, and various other things. I had to have the cashier come and unlock the terminal 3 times twice for the spray paint and once for the glue. Takes longer and is less convenient. I'm so over it. Thinking of never stopping in to the Depot again.
Altho the people in the paint dept are not very friendly and you can never find anyone in the electrical dept, the store always has what I need.
Ordered 6 pallets of concrete, 3 were delivered to job site, they can't find the other 3, on hold for over 30 minutes before a manager got on the phone, was told to hold again, nope, told the manager he can call me back when he finds out what happened to the concrete which was paid in full! Guys sitting at job site! Thanks Home Depot for holding up a day's work!
