I ordered a sliding glass door on 7/8/2015 and it YET to be installed! This is beyond ridiculous. The first time it came in, the frame was damaged. So it was returned and I was told they could not put a rush on the order due to the brand, Anderson. A new frame was ordered, and a new install date of today was set. This morning I was called and told that only the frame was there, and no actual door!! Then I was told that it couldn't be fixed until Monday. As noted by a previous reviewer, I have seen first hand the disrespect this particular store has for the flag of our nation. Almost as if they are proudly displaying 2 American flags in complete disarray. It has been like this for quite awhile now and I can guarantee that my wife and I will no longer be shopping here.
No respect for flag! For two weeks I've asked for flags to be replaced.
My store. I'm here daily as an electrical contractor. Prices are King. The important thing is to know what you need before hand. Some of the employees are knowledgeable, but many don't know anything but where things are. A little research and you should be able to tell the difference.
