Great store ang very afordable!!
Picked up a new grill yesterday and realized the automatic starter didn’t work later that night. We had to borrow a truck to get it home and no longer had access to the vehicle to exchange the grill. I called and spoke to a few people that couldn’t offer a solution that didn’t involve us finding a way to bring the grill back in. I finally called back one more time and spoke to Ron. I'm a Veteran of 22years I earned my right for the military retirement ID card. Now like Lowes Home Depot want me to register instead of using my ID like I've done for over 20 years. The only reason they want us to register is to get information on our family and to track military purchases. Like Lowes, I will not shop at a store that cannot accept my military ID as a VETERAN only so they can track us. I'll be giving my business to mom and pop stores.

Horrible customer service, do you offer military discount but yet I have to find an item that qualifies. Will take my business to Lowe’s from now on. Could get better customer service also
I wanted to get some concrete blocks however there were on a middle shelf, unable to be reached. The gentlemen told me he couldn't help me because he was assisting another customer. I waited, after he loaded the mulch for the other customer, he went to the parking lot getting cars and never came back. The cashier was to busy on her cell phone to assist. Poor customer service
There is a young man by the name of Daniel that worked this morning in the lumber dept. at the Virginia Beach Blvd location. I was a fish out of water, by myself trying to figure out what I needed..He was so incredibly helpful and super personable. It's sometimes hard to find nice people and he was really an angel in disquise! Great job Daniel!!
