After finding a kitchen sink online, I reached out to the online store (the only place the sink was available at) and asked if they could apply my military discount online. I was told no BUT if I went into my local store that the customer service people could order it and apply my discount there. Today I go in and after a manager said I, they call the online store who also said no, no discount to online purchases. What a bunch of bs!!
I work and the Lynnhaven Home Depot and I love it there the people I work with are great people and I have fun at work!!!!! We also have a Do It Herself Workshop that is fun also
I have been trying to get an appliance delivery issue resolved for a week and am not getting anywhere. Nothing about this transaction has been smooth. I never leave bad reviews online but I am beyond frustrated. I have always been a loyal Home Depot customer but if I can’t get this situation resolved with some help I am done. Who delivers a $1500 appliance then just leaves knowing it’s the wrong item and it won’t work?

I love my HD peeps at Lynnhaven...if I didn’t own a business and loved what I do, I’d work here.....absolutely the best group of peeps anywhere.....
I took three of my grandkids yesterday for the workshop - Sophia is 3, Anthony is 8 and Ryan is 11 - they loved every minute and learned so much from these kids and team there. Tgis,was Sophia's 2nd project, but I can't recall how many the boys and my other grandsons have done so far.
I don't believe employees aren't getting enough training. I went to get a core charge returned on a battery and the cashier looked at me like I was speaking Japanese. Finally after explaining it I was able to get my $12 back. Anytime I come here I normally can't find anyone to answer my questions. I try to avoid this location whenever possible but it was in my route today.
My husband and I were shopping for tile... because we were having the flooring in our bathroom redone there were so many options for tile I was so indecisive an employee by the name of Gregg was very helpful he spent what felt like hours with me and my husband explaining just about everything that there was to know about redoing flooring assisted me with the tile selection made sure we selected the best grout color for the tile etc...i learned so many things from this very helpful employee all of the staff there were very co... read more
