Years ago I used to be a devout Home Depot customer. These days I only use Home Depot because it's close to my house for when I need something small and quick for a project currently underway or if I need something Echo or Milwaukee. Other than that I prefer Lowe's. over the years I've found that the items I needed were of better quality than offerings from Home Depot.
We went to pick out our Christmas tree. The atmosphere was wonderful, the music was awesome, the selection was great and they had many areas where we could take pictures. John was very friendly and efficient and made our experience even better :) definitely going back next year!
My girlfriend and i went to get flooring picked out and installed at one of our rental houses. The customer service was horrible. The 2 ladies in the flooring area were playing on their cell phones and seemed offended that i dare ask for assistance. Then when I did get assistance the lady was slouched down behind her big computer screen and was whispering to me. It was a crappy experience all together.
