They dont stand by the appliances they sell. Tried but can't get an email address to file a complaint, despite ongoing texts with a customer service rep. New stove has not functioned properly for almost 2 months, despite 3 visits from a technician and 2 replaced parts. Now they say 3 more parts have to be replaced. Even more time I have to miss from work for the fourth visit. Appliance is defective and under warranty, but hasn't been replaced yet. Just "hit or miss" repair guesses.
We went to Home Depot a few days after Christmas because several people who live in our subdivision recommended their window replacement service. We waited for 75 minutes after talking to one employee for someone to set up an appointment with their window specialist. He was a no show on the original appointment and a no show on a reschedule.
