well staffed, friendly and helpful. This is an great place to buy things you didn't know you needed.
My fiancé and I are regular customers here, shopping at least once a week. We went in today to buy a washing machine and some other things. We waited 30 minutes in the appliance section, numerous employees walked past and not one asked if we needed help. When we pressed the "call associate" button on the large screen it said "associate can not be reached". We walked around to try to find one and the only associate in the area was in a blocked off section painting something. This is the third bad experience we've had at this ... read more
My husband and I who frequent this store normally two to three times per week were in the other day and we're waited on by a cashier named Rita. I was SO outrageously upset by the time we were finished I even complained to the manager, she was disgustingly RUDE, and for no reason! We manage a store/facility locally and I will make sure we drive out of our way to go to Lowes from now on. People like that should not be working customer service, and Home Depot should have better hiring skills for such a large company.
