online order was cancelled 3 days after placing order..said was now unavailable....I used 10% off coupon was told I would receive another one to call the HD credit..Credit said no...you used it...but it was cancelled...due to your inventory being wrong!!!!!..Lady at Customer Service called me "Mama" how professional
I love the service. Especially when transportation of plywood is limited. Sheets can be cut down for easier handling....but, the saw blade was dull and it was powered through with saw....leaving a bit so pret cut on the plywood. If it was sanded or finish use lumber I would be upset.... moral of the story, change the blade!!!!
Rented a box truck here. On the 2nd to last trip it rained and the trucked leaked. Went back to this store (cause we got the truck from here) and told them and wanted another truck/van so we could move the next last load of valuable clothes. Was asked why didn't we call, take photos etc like we are cheating them! In the end only got some money back, and a horrible experience! I've rented from home depot before but never again at this location. Horrible customer service!
I have lived near by for 2 months and have not had 1 good experience then today...Seriously Home Depot???? So I walk in and stand next to 2 employees talking about a co worker that has cancer (neither acknowledge me) then I go to check out where 4 employees are standing and am forced to self check out while again not 1 of them said hello or anything. I'm sorry what am I paying your marked up prices for because clearly you have no employees.
fairly good supply of goods... one of the few Home Depot's you can actually find an employee.
Great store, helpful associates. Although at times not enough associates to help all the customers.
Just my experience however, This is one of the best Home Depots In the Orlando. The service is always very cordial and the employees seem to be well versed in the products in their section. Of course I did have to wait recently for assistance however considering the post-hurricane status, I completely understand.
