Went and bought a Christmas Tree. The employees helping us where awesome. They even took the picture of us in their little Winter Wonderland picture area!!
It’s 8:30 in the morning and the garden center staff didn’t show up. Your minimum wage employees have banded together and are calmly and efficiently trying to hold the place together while the managers and/or key holders have been paged 10 times in the 15 minutes I’ve been here to unlock the doors (I assume they’ve been paging them since 7 when the store first opened). Me gusta Home Depot porque encuentro de todo.
Awful customer service. Manager of the return department is rude and not helpful. Avoid this location at all costs - coming here a few times has made me never want to shop at Home Depot and instead become a loyal Lowe's customer. Hire more people if you need to, but your customer service is AWFUL! Worst experience ever.
