great! I love Home Depot. You can find ANYTHING there for any part of your home, and outside. The prices are affordable too. And I can't say enough good things about the employees there. They are always SO HELPFULL! PROS: merchandise & customer Service CONS: none
It’s 8:30 in the morning and the garden center staff didn’t show up. Your minimum wage employees have banded together and are calmly and efficiently trying to hold the place together while the managers and/or key holders have been paged 10 times in the 15 minutes I’ve been here to unlock the doors (I assume they’ve been paging them since 7 when the store first opened). Excellent place to buy not only for big companies but also for regular do it yourself customers. Friendly and knowledgeable associates will guide you though your project and look for the best option in both materials and deals! Love it!
Awful customer service. Manager of the return department is rude and not helpful. Avoid this location at all costs - coming here a few times has made me never want to shop at Home Depot and instead become a loyal Lowe's customer. Hire more people if you need to, but your customer service is AWFUL! Worst experience ever.
Don't purchase any of the appliances at Home Depot as you will have massive problems getting it delivered and then the managers at the store tell you that they have nothing to do with the delivery company. Three weeks later I still have not received the appliance but I already received the bill. As a consumer and customer of home depot, this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
I paid in cash and spent over $1,500 and then they come and tell me that the return is subject to approval? If I pay cash why the demanding for a receipt?! I have been a customer of a millenia!! Everything is exactly as it was bought and what I have returned has always been put to use like the credit given for such.
Can the person that makes lets get to work?? They have been calling you for 15 minutes!!!!! Thank you
