Just went to home depot hershberger, had to load some boards long story short; after sorting through boards I was told by one lady employee she would kill me because I told her I didn't want the boards she marked numbers on with black magic marker at the top of the board plain as day afterwards she tried loading a board on the truck with a 1/4"x 2" split at the top. Do not honor online sales in store. Lure you in then raise the price $70. Actually stood at the register and had to buy freezer on my phone to walk out with it. Dishonest and an absolute waste of time. No wonder the lines move so slow

customer service at that store is nonexistent. no water fountain and when you ask about it they gave you a lame excuse. cobit 19, or are not paying the water bill?

Pinellas park is a waste of time. Asked for help and was directed to curtain isle with no help finding the Isle or what to look for once i get there. Never go there again! Off to Lowes from now on

I want to give a huge shoutout to Rick and Mike in the Garden Center at the Home Depot near the Strip! They helped me purchase a lawn mower today and then offered to put it together for me! The guys were very personable and helpful and a great asset to the company! I always receive wonderful service every time I shop there. No Star NONE!! I was forced to check even one star! Purchased washing machine and warranty from Home Depot, Defense drive, Annapolis md, paid cash. Two weeks later still waiting for delivery. The store put the wrong delivery address in the system and although I have spoken to a number of people including the store manager, person who sold me washer and managers as well as employees of delivery service the address has never been updated in the delivery's books so once again i am told they will try again. Let me start by saying my boyfriend and I always go to this Home Depot for our home and garden needs. We ordered a fence TWO MONTHS AGO. Do we have a fence? NO. Still no fence. First they only delivered the posts and cement. No fence. After a headache of a call because apparently this store can’t handle special orders… we were told our fence would be here in a couple days. The most filthy , nasty and disgusting store ever. Articles are dusty and filthy. Every corner of the store there is no a clean place that you can see. Restroom unsanitary and disgusting. I went to buy a toolbox and was so dusty and filthy that I turned around and leave. All other Home Depot I visit are clean. Stadium Home Depot the piggy store.

I ordered a Steel Tumbler on line and was told to Pick it up at Home Depot. I was confused as to why it was there in a locker. An awesome woman,Kayla Venazi helped me find the locker and explain how it worked. I was so impressed by her friendliness, I would be happy to have other items delivered there. Thanks Keyla!
