This Home Depot sucks. Can't help customers in the store, can't answer the phone... it's ridiculous. You've just gotten Lowe's a(nother) new customer. Home Depot needs to close this store.

They refuse to except a veterans ID card unless it looks exactly like the ones they have printed on their little and out.
I’m a Navy Veteran and went to Home Depot in Claymont Delaware today. And purchased building material for my new building project for my shop. I was denied my veterans discount of 10%. When in the past I was granted the 10% discount and it was brought to my attention when I was wearing my navy shirt that the Home Depot cashier reminded me that I got a 10% discount so I have been religiously using my 10% discount at Home Depot and today they DENIED the 10% discount. I waited in line for 20 minutes in lawn & garden. I was 10 out of 12 in the line. I was standing in direct sun for. most of that time. By the time I got up to the register, they finally opened another one.
