I would like the to thank Kimberly of the Home Depot for assisting me with my grill problem. I also want to thank Chardey for assisting as well. They were both very helpful with my exchange of grills which turned out to be much more of a headache than anticipated. I really appreciate how the manager Kim went above and beyond to satisfy me and that means a lot. You will definitely get return business from me there.
Worst home depot in delaware there customer service sucks the manager has an " its not my problem"response to damaged special order items will NEVER SHOP IN THIS STORE AGAIN. Crappy additude to have towards a contractor who spends alot of money there. But LOWES is only a mile down the street thats where i will go
Worst customer service ever. We came to the store to obtain a quote for granite countertops. We could not find anyone to assist us. We went to customer service and asked to have someone paged. 24 minutes later no one came to assist us. When we left the store, we stopped to ask an employee at the front of the store who never looked up from her cell phone .... Horrible service.
