I bought a shed on Saturday 6-27, it was supposed to be delivered today 7-3. I waited all day and it never showed. I called to find out if it was just running late and was told that it was cancelled on 7-1 because they dont have 1 to give me. I got NO phone call or NO email to let me know it was cancelled. To make this an even crappier situation now to get my money back I have to go to the store tomorrow. Thanks Home Depot, you've officially lost me as a customer.
horrible customer service I was hung up on. no where does it say there is a time limit to make a tool or truck reservation. I need a truck a 9 in the morning but I can't call to reserve the truck till 7 and you aren't even open. I'm always put on hold for over 30 min so in that 30 min wait for someone to answer the phone all trucks could be rented by then. its just horrible all the way around.
customer service sucks!!! after waiting on hold for 20min for curbside pickup I was hung up on. I decided to go in and waited another 15/min while an employees was yelling and arguing with a customer. once it was my turn i explained i was there to pick up an order I placed and had just arrived. RecommendedI had a bathtub and shower walls delivered on Tuesday(yesterday). Today when my plumber was here, we unpacked everything and the main shower wall was cracked. I called Home Depot expecting the worst. Both the young woman who answered the phone and the manager Jen were very helpful. The girl who answered walked back to verify they had another set of walls and Jen got a supervisor to bring me a new unit within two hours of my call and I was able to get it installed. Well done HD!
Online Ordering Pick up-Warning! I waited 40 minutes. I get out of my car (with mask on) and the guy says "Why did you get out of your car?" I'm thinking, well, why don't you have your mask on? I am not leaving until I know I have everything. 40 minute wait is unacceptable for online order pick up. I will not be coming back to this location.
Home Depot stands behind its products!! My Ridgid wet vac had a problem they replaced it hassle Free!!
My mother's flooring was supposed to be delivered on November 30th. installation is scheduled for DECEMBER 16th. She is still waiting!! if you don't get to Pedricktown NJ today I will call corporate!
