So I go to the store tonight for 2 things, check out a new fridge & I had a question about the chicken coops that are sold online. So I go to the customer service desk by the contractors entrance & ask the young guy if there were any pamphlets about the chicken coops or DIY books about them. Other than the self-checkouts, only ONE register open! After standing in line, find out their system is done so you can't use a credit card! WTF kind of bullshit is that???
Will not trust Home Depot for any door purchase and installation ! Trying to rip u off worse customer service . No use of their warranty
Awful. Ordered a washer and drier a month ago. Paid in full. Now they can't find the order. Told me to call back tomorrow or check with Samsung.
Worst customers service ever. I waited for 35 minutes to get keys made. I ask someone where something was and they pointed. I want customers service not someone to point. Next time I'm going to Lowe's
Went to the do it herself class tonight and learned so much and had a great time. Our teacher kim taught us and took her time with us . She showed us everything how things worked and how to do it! Thank you Kim for a great experience. Will be coming back to the do it herself workshop !
