I've shopped MANY Home Depots in my life. This one almost always has helpful, friendly staff willing to help. This is a well run location.
I’d love to thank the store manager Jen A. For wasting my time. I bought a Milwaukee power tool set and a bunch of other stuff for a project. One of the batteries stuck in the drill the first time I put it in. Instead of swapping out a battery I was told their was nothing they could do. I I returned everything and will order it all on amazon. It’s cheaper anyway
My fellow Facebook friends: Please remember this photo the next time you are heading to the Home Depot. Remember how they TRULY feel about our country and the wonderful opportunities it has afforded the men and women (like this girl!) throughout history. And, when you realize just how they view our country, then just TURN AROUND and go to Lowe's!!!!!!

Customer service and management sucks in this store. The manager of the tool rental department is a joke along with upper management. Was sold a defective Toro mower. Going on 2 months without it now while it's at a repair center Home Depot sends them too. They have no clue when it will be back in the store. The assistant store manager offered to trade it for a rebuilt mower. Now why would I want to trade my brand new mower for a used rebuilt mower. Avoid this store! They don't give a damn about their customers!
There is never any help around at this store. Was in the garden area need assistance and there was nobody to help. Asked a couple men that went by and they knew nothing. I left and took my business to Home Depot in newark. At least people help you there. This one totally sucks!
I ordered 2 replacement panels for my overhead garage door. The item numbers were developed by the inside sale rep. They were finally delivered and did not match the existing. For months I have been trying to get this resolved. I talked to corporate and they connected me to the store GM Roy who was going to investigate and call me back. That have been over 3 weeks ago. I have called and left messages and have received a return call. Poor performance all around
