Our self stick rubber plastic molding in our bathroom that we purchased wouldn't stick so my husband purchased additional adhesive and still no luck. We went in yesterday frustrated with our results and Susan Marshall, flooring specialist discounted a new role for us after we described our problem and it worked. She was right the roll must have been faulty. Thanks Susan for your assistance. She is an asset to the Home Depot team.
My wallet was stolen over the weekend. The man who stole my wallet used my credit card at this location to purchase almost $1000 worth of merchandise. The back of my card is NOT signed. The cashier should have realized A. A woman's name is on the card not a mans and B. Check the back of the card for a signature and when there isn't one ask for ID. I will be personally coming into your store to talk to a manager and then I'm going to corporate because you need to learn how to take security measures. I will use Lowe's from now... read more
We had the best experience picking out our tree yesterday! The staff outside was so friendly, the lady offered to take a picture of us with the tree & everything. The young man who checked me out was super nice as well. Wish I had got their names so I could include them because they really made the experience a joy. That's what the holidays are all about. Thank you!!
It's stupid to have one register open and a person who isn't helpful at self checkout. We waited so long with our call attendant up while she helped every other person, didn't even look at us, and proceeded to help people who got in line after us. We only needed her to scan one thing and had to checkout and get in the one open register line to then wait longer to scan one item. They only get 2 stars because the staff working in the Xmas tree section were nice and helpful.
Went to the store to pick up a few things in flooring an found no one to help me. I was approached by an electrical department person named Pete, this mas was amazing, not only did he help me find what I needed he was very polite and knowledgeable of the department. I got everything I wanted and more! This is what customer service should be!!!!
