The worst place to shop. Horrible customer service. I would give less than one star. Unbelievable, can’t even talk to anyone.
I went to Home Depot in Waterbury today. They make you were a mask(Great Idea, and It's the law) But the girl that was regulating the people entering the store had her mask around her chin! So I said something to her and she said "Go call Governor Lamont!" And I saw at least 6 other employees who either had their mask on their chin, or only over their mouths and they were breathing out of their nose. I felt extremely unsafe. I ordered some things at 9 am Sunday they say it will be ready for pickup same day. At 7:30 I get a message that it’s ready for pick up. But the store closed at 6pm! Thanks for nothing Home Depot! Kinda want to just cancel the order at this point!

It’s so hit or miss here as far as customer service!...Today it’s 95 degrees out and I’m waiting in line and our cashier Bianca is on her Facebook laughing and commenting on posts as we wait till she is ready to check us out!...really??!!...there’s a big line only 1 cashier and her priority is her Facebook...she was totally distracted we had to tell her that she would have to come out and scan the items and didn’t even count...she rang up the wrong amount in our favor and had to tell her hey you missed some...after scanning ... read more
