This place has TERRIBLE customer service & has the most piss poor management ever.
can't get any help and when you do, they don't know about the department or product at all. I try to stay away from here unless absolutely necessary.
I received a bill for a purchase make on 9/16/13 and it's not itemized to show what I purchased for 552.44....I purchased 2 screen doors and a regular door.....I need to see exactly what I purchased. I am having a problem with interested charges being applied to my account when I specifically asked for the special financing up to 12 months. I am very concerned and want to know if your employee's know what they are doing...I am very upset...nobody seems to know or even care to help me.
