Purchased a refrigerator on 12/20 and was told it would be delivered on 12/29. Delivery never happened and when I called, I was told they forgot to put it on the truck and I could expect delivery 1/9...twenty days without a refrigerator and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Other excuses include “we have no record of your order” and “ we are backlogged from Black Friday”
Website said that store had 10 water heater units. Didn't call first because often they just look it up at the front desk and *say* that someone actually went and looked. They had none, zero, and said they never had more than two.
I was waiting for help over 15mins twice and they didnt really help. The person came to help me with her lunch bag and said she was on her way to lunch.
Always helpful employees, especially Earl, who loaded my mulch into my car. What a polite, hardworking young man. Home Depot hit the jackpot hiring him!!
