Worst store ever !!!! Long story short horrible customer service! No employees and when you find one they are not knowledgeable.... ended up returning my items that I had just purchased before I even left the store . Would not recommend visiting this store at all!!
I was at the Home Depot paint counter for 20 minutes being blatantly ignored... So in handed my husband, the man, the color chips and sent him to the counter. Within 30 seconds they're mixing his paint. ��� Sorry I'm not man enough to be acknowledged and have paint mixed.
An hour wait still not sure if anyone is interested in your delivery to their store
Your customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever encountered, are you that inept?? Mr. Bill, your assistant manager either doesn't know what he is doing or he is out of his element in working for HD. Telling customer what they want to hear just so they don't bother him is unacceptable. Truly disgusting!
