I went in to the Home Depot in kyle I was trying to buy appliances I had two people page someone to help me cause they didn’t know about the appliance department waiting 30 minuets never got help on my way out we see the Christmas trees my wife wanted one so I asked the guy for help wouldn’t you know he didn’t know anything about he paged someone never came after 10 minuets I asked for the manager buy the time he came I wasn’t in the mood to buy anything! The worst customer service I’ve ever had!!
DO NOT! DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT FOR YOUR FLOORING PROJECT!!! Unless you want poor service once they collect your money and run!! I could have had any number of contractors in the area do my tile flooring project, but (crazy) thinking I would go with a big company right here in Kyle would be my safest choice. WRONG!!! They collect your installation charge in full prior to scheduling your project, now I must have lost my mind knowing many "contractors" in my life many of whom ...Continue Reading

Horrible customer service! We waited for 30min. Until someone told us that the only forklift operator was on lunch, he finally came back from lunch, he was super rude, Had 2 employees call Lakeisha (the MOD) & she never showed up to help us! This store absolutely sucks!!!!
I saw 8 employees just standing around visiting with one another. I also had 4 walk by me, which never even acknowledged me or even responded after I said, Hello. I guess I'll make the drive to New Braunfels for now on,...
Poor/No customer service in appliance department.
Had a 9:30am appointment for a granite consultation. I got here at 9:20am and no one knows what to do or how to help me. Ashley tried her best, and should be commended for her effort. But she told me herself that she wished she had more training to help me. $32/sq ft installed is nice... But sorry Home Depot, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I don't have time for this.
