Still working on kitchen remodel that started in March. Wrong cabinets installed, cabinets not measured correctly, counter tops 2 different colors, electrical work for disposal system not correct oh the list continues... I suggest for any home remodeling or work in general go elsewhere!
My elderly Father contracted with Home Depot to replace his fence. He bought the extra insurance in case of damage to the sprinkler system. Recently he had to have a sprinkler valve replaced, and the repairman found a hole in a sprinkler pipe from the fence installation. Dad contacted the installer and home Depot, but they refuse to cover the damage because the insurance was only good for 14 days! You aren't going to find sprinkler system damage in 14 days! This is unacceptable. Home Depot needs to make this right!
I was very impressed with the service we got here not like the Rio Grande valley. We can never get any help when trying to find an item or have questions. How sad. It goes back to poor management.

So went over to Home Depot to get a washer. Had no clue hey don't carry anything in stock anymore they order everything. It wouldn't be till wednesday when it can be delivered and it was a 60.00 charge we asked if we could pick it up and they said it would still be a 60.00. Makes no sense. Well hopped right on over to their competitors Lowes and payed a little more but they had it in stock. Lowes got our business. HEY! HOME DEPOT you missed a sale.
