My new stove was delivered today it does not work I have spent the whole afternoon and evening being jacked around by every department about getting a product that works or getting my money refunded and now I was just told call back again tomorrow.
We found flooring tile we liked in your store, paid for you to send an estimator out, received your quote, ordered porcelain tile to run through our living room hall and bedroom, paid in advance for the tile and installation and scheduled delivery and fitting. Just got off the phone with store manger Vanessa. Associate Mary was assisting 2 clients in the garden center not wearing a facial covering. 3 employees were also not wearing them while working. Asked her if they were following mandated mask requirements that went into effect 3 days ago to coincide with their signs posted at the entrance to the store and garden center and she said “we recommend it”. RecommendedGreg from the plumbing department is literally the most helpful human being at this location. Every time I go to this location he is super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. This dude deserves a raise! Best customer service.
2 hour wait for curbside the first time. now still waiting...it's been an hour. Good Lord! Awful, Awful service!

We think they need to do the better helping the deaf. We were stranded at the Home Depot for 2 1/2 hours while the employees there were trying to help us to get approval or authorization via the phone which we were unable to use our voices just for identification and questions. We ended up going home “empty hands”
