Thank goodness for the good people that work for Home Depot, one made my day today. I'm was there looking for a new lawn chairs,once I found what I needed I was in a hurry to leave not realizing I left my phone in the basket until I actually pulled up in my driveway. So I rushed back and there was the little lady that was working in the garden shop standing outside. Thank goodness that she remember me, she had phone. God bless her!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The online department messed up my online purchase 2 days in a row. Do they even both to try and help me get it right in the store? Nope, they just tell me I have to wait till the next shipment (they don't know when they will get what I need in) or drive to league city (which is 35 miles away). I will no longer shop here. And since I have to drive to League City for what I need I will be just going to Lowes.
