Bought a new GE washer 8/17. was delivered 8/22. Hasn't worked. Tech came out and said it needs new motherboard and motor. It's brand new. No one at the Galveston can do anything. I bought at home depot and month later still not doing laundry at home. It's for my 84 year old mother.
RecommendedTessa Busby at the Galveston store in electrical is so helpful. She helped me find a dimmer switch for my apartment. I was so happy to be helped by her. she is very nice and genuinely cared about her customer's

Form a crowd outside of the store waiting to get in, great way to keep social distance.
So, tell me if this isn’t the dumbest policy EVER!!! I placed an order online yesterday at noon. I got my notice that my order was ready for pickup at 5:30... 30 minutes before they closed. Didn’t make it. Show up today to pick it up and I am directed to a line 75 people deep to walk into the store to go to the service desk to sign for my order. That goes 100% against the spirit of social distancing. I called and spoke to the manager who was very polite but just sounded just as stupid the policy when she couldn’t understand ... read more
