They do not stand behind their appliances. Buyer beware. Brand new $1000 LG stove has NEVER worked properly and Home Depot will not repair it!!!!

Just want everyone know that I went to Home Depot in Galveston yesterday and intended to purchase Mulch and other landscaping. However, Lowes had and ad for 5 bags of Mulch for 10 buck. Home Depot offered 4 bags for 10 bucks. So I copied the ad and took it to Home Depot to see if they would match the price. I was told no they do not match ads. Everything was in stock and there was plenty of friendly help.
I had a great experience at Home Depot today. Barry helped us in the lumber area and he definitely went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed and was so helpful in cutting the plywood to our required specifications. He went above and beyond and it did not go unnoticed! The best customer service I have experienced at Galveston Home Depot after years of being a customer! Thank you to Barry!!
They never meet their delivery commitments. Today t hey blew off delivery if a refrigerator ordered weeks ago. No explanation or new date given. This is only the most recent of many stories. Amazon is taking over. Watch this dinosaur go into a Sears style death spiral.
