The fire & safety day was so much fun for the kids! Pop corn, cake, pizza, donut holes, cider & orange juice for the kids! Balloon drop! Balloons filled with candy! Maybe next time they should try no hard candy! But it really was fun for all the kids!
I was recently disappointed by the Irondequoit Home Depot. I build and paint wargames miniatures and terrain tables as a hobby, and I've been using Home Depot as a source for supplies such as lumber, paint, and tile grout. Today while shopping I asked a plumber associate if it would be possible to get some saw dust as I could see a copious amount on the floor by the saw. He called his manager and we were told no. Parents paid for a 3,000 dollar carpet, installers called last minute to cancel because all their guys didn’t show up and offered a 50 dollar gift card to Home Depot (because that pays for the day off of work and having our house looking like we hoard). Dad calls corporate to figure out a way to get it reduced and the only thing they can say is you either get a 50 dollar Home Depot gift card or a refund.
