Not impressed with the employees in carpet whatsoever. Told one thing and experience thee exact opposite while they play on their cell phones. Just cost me several hundred dollars I’ll take my pro account to a branch with more professional help completely disgusted and it’s not the first time at this location!!!
If you have to go to a home Depot, go to a different one, or better yet, go to Lowe's! I always run into issues here, wrong orders, damaged orders, orders that have taken 45+ minutes to be brought out curbside and the individuals at customer service have no idea who is even working curbside. Please do not waste your time or money here. I have learned my lesson. Worst location EVER!
I went in last night to buy 2 pvc pipes. I asked a front end associate who was monitoring the self checkout to page someone to assist me in getting them cut in half. Waited 20 minutes and asked her to page again. No one came. At this point, I asked for a manager. Shockingly, yet again, nobody came to assist me. It's July and the corona virus is raging across the country. NY state has mandated social distancing and wear masks as mandatory. Since the reopening from lockdown I have been in this store about half a dozen times. With each visit the mask wearing is more lax. Today they vast majority of employees wore thier masks with thier nose exposed, a fair amount had them pulled under their chin not even bothering to make a attempt to cover mouth or nose. I'll not be back, there is nothing I need in there that badly.
don't go there if you are White I picked up a car wash brush and some hardware I needed went to the register no one was in line and they were changing cashier's waited for them to finished and some big black girl said that I had to go to the end of the line because she didn't tell me I I could go there there ,I went to Lowe's #whitelivesmatter #disabledlivesmatter
Ordered somethings for delivery, was supposed to be delivered on June 8th. When I looked up my order it said it was out for delivery......It was never delivered. When I called, customer service indicated that the order was transferred to the Greece store, and no idea why it was not delivered. I never received a phone call to indicate the store transferred the order, or that it would not be delivered when it was supposed to be. my wife and I had an order for curbside pickup they messaged us a couple days later and said the order was ready we get there at 8 when they open the phone rang for 10 minutes straight the lady that picked it up had nothing but an attitude like we were bothering her then on top of that the order wasn't even ready, then when it's was ready and finally brought it out they brought only brought two out of the three items I ordered took him another 25 minutes to find the other item..i don't recommend calling them for anyting and ... read more
