At least not the Hudson Ave store. They are letting people in with out a mask on. We didn't feel safe.
I have a toilet all paid for at the service desk. They will not put it in my car unless I go in the store to sign or have a customer service rep come to my car with a device and make me sign. This is NOT safe for me or the employee! The other choice I have is to pay a $69 delivery for an $89 item! Please keep your customers and employees safe. There is social distancing in place. Do you realized you are going against CDC recommendations!
Extremely disappointed. We made an appointment to have a kitchen quoted for our new home. We met with Bob who seemed annoyed to be working. We sent over the kitchen plans and were told to await a quote. That was 3 weeks ago. We have yet to receive a quote or word on the sample doors that were ordered for us. Thanks to this terrible service at Home Depot Lowe’s got our $30,000 for kitchen cabinets as well as our countertop, 3 bathrooms, and huge walk in pantry.

I wish that when you have kids, they give you a flyer at the hospital that Home Depot has FREE crafts the first Saturday of every month. So much fun!!! Plus you get your own apron and a HAMMER and usually PAINT. and the staff is so friendly. Plus if you have a toddler and they get bored, you can bring them over to the cabinets and washing machines to play with the buttons and doors.
I can find everything I need!
I do not use self checkout unless you are going to pay me and give me an employee discount.. That is someone’s job taken from them!! SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT!!!!
