I will never use home depot again. I scheduled a cabinet refacing consultation. They Confirmed the appointment a few days ago. Today they call 15 before the appointment and say theres a scheduling conflict and can't come today. I couldn't even speak to a manager because the line was busy. I was told the manager would call me back. I have not heard from them. How do you not realize there is a conflict until then. Isn't that the point of confirming the appointment? Very unprofessional and disorganized.
Home sucks I order some ornaments for my Christmas tree from last Saturday on line all even now I can not track package ups I would advice friends and not to order anything on Home Depot. Com because their shipping is very bad you can not track your package that how bad it is

On 6/22/15 I presented my C T driver license with the American flag,to receive a military discount.the clerk stated that I need a active duty ID card or a VA card that state that I'm a disable veteran. I shouldn't have to run an obstacle course to get a military discount. I'll take my business else where, and I'll spread the word how Home Depot are treating the Veterans of America .
My wife and I ordered a front and back doors for our home a month and a half ago. First HD ordered the wrong door for our home, this delayed our insulation when by an additional two weeks. We were called a week ago saying the doors were in, we are STILL waiting for a call to have them installed. Not to mention originally they called is the day of installation to inform us that they were not coming. Almost 2 months from our purchase and we still have no doors this is ridiculous!
