This place is a dump. Employees ignore you and wander off. I'd rather drive to enfield or Glastonbury than remotely consider this cesspool again.
45 minutes wasted waiting on only person in flooring to cut me piece of carpet. Go to Lowes around corner.

Why does it take 45 minutes to get blinds cut. Really when there all the employees walking around doing nothing. Greg has been pages over 10 times. Store is closing in 15 minutes I'm still waiting for assistance.
