All the employees are really nice and polite. I felt that they were going out of their way to really help me. - 1 Star is for the long wait and customer service.
If it wasn't for the Solar City guy, I would of given the store 1 star. 3 cashiers helping 1 customer while they gossip about a co-worker, stock people crowding the aisle when youre trying to look for something, they see you, don't offer to help or move the ladders, so props go the Solar City dude for helping.
25 minutes to get a forklift. I came for some sand and three of the bags were torn. Waited for a new pallet and ended up with torn bags anyway.
Waiting sucks here... the workers do not value customers time.... Should of went to Lowe's.
Floor Specialist was very helpful and knowledgeable in his field. Had to wait a bit longer as staff is short
Consistently understaffed with ignorant people. None of whom know where anything is. Got sent on a wild goose chase just to find a simple shower drain cover. I'll go to OSH where at least they know where things are
