Home Depot sucks wors customer service ever including online.
This Van Nuys location is like a Soviet Depot--MANY items listed online as "in stock--pick up in store" are in fact not available at all (this is true of the WarnerCenter location as well). As at WalMart, they are no longer committed to having what you need when you need it. I'm usually directed to Canoga Park, six miles further from home.
I can’t believe it I asked for help from Lucy from customer service on Sunday, April 29 at 12:45 p.m. to load a heavy box and the only thing she did was turn around, for the second time I went to ask her for help and with everything strong she gave me the answer that she already did, BUT SHE DIDNT!!! (Home Depot at Van Nuys) I was waiting around 25 MINUTES!!! For help from another employee.....

Yall need to figure out your Christmas tree lot. No one knew how to answer questions about the trees, made us go in and pay for the tree because you had no cashiers after waiting in line almost 25 min in a line we thought was to checkout, Terrible customer service.
