September 12th I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer. purchase price. was $1658.00. Had product delivered but did not come with stack kit. I called and kit was to be delivered on Oct 16th and installers was to be out that day. Home depot informed that installers was not notified and would be out on October 27th. Still no installers. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I paid 178.00 out of pocket to have someone take care of this issue for me. I will never ever buy any Home depot products again.
Worst place ever, order an air compressor online get to the store and guess what they don’t have it and no other store has it and instead of trying to make it right there just like oh well sucks to be you here’s a refund now get out. What a joke.

RecommendedI just wanted to give props to Home Depot and a local manager, Myron, in the Conway store. We ordered an upright freezer in March and it showed the delivery date to be the first week in September. We had a beef and 3 pigs scheduled to be processed that week so it was perfect timing.
