Customer services continues to be disappointing, employee was assisting someone, waiting my turn for 10 minutes, he finished they both walk away separate directions, I waited another 10 minutes, not a single employee asked if I needed assistance. Heading to Lowes.
Ridiculous that the saw doesn’t work.

I ordered online for curbside. I sent the message I was here and they sent back a message they would be right out. I waited a half hour in the designated area. I had to call the store to ask if I would be getting my order anytime soon. They said they would be right out. I waited another 15 minutes before they sent out an elderly woman to bring my ladder. I will not be shopping here again!!!!
