How sad that this gentleman who fought for the rights of all of us couldn't even get a discount. When did this policy change? Home Depot just lost respect and business. Lowes I will be there this weekend.
Appalled at this "policy." As someone else says, Lowes stands up and does the right thing for our veterans everytime. Dump the anti-service personnel Home Dofus immediately. The manager at this location should be replaced, too.

How dare your manager not accommodate a military veteran with a discount that he had previously received at your store!! I hope he looses his job and has to explain to his family how terrible of a person he is!
A manager treating veterans this way is gonna learn the hard way who fought for his freedom. Corporate or not, I'm now shopping else where. Bad business on Home Depot. I haven't lived in spokane for many years and my Facebook is lit up on this story. Fire this boy and any management above him for creating this disrespect to our hero's.
I do not support companies who do not support our vets. I will be going to Lowes now.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't support our military... I hope the manager is fired amd corporate apologizes to our veterans.
