I totally enjoy their kids clinic. My children have been going for years. The lumber quality continues to be of less than desirable quality.
PUT A TIME LIMIT ON HOW LONG A CUSTOMER CAN SCREW AROUND WITH YOUR COMPUTER IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT. Me, and 4 people behind me waited 45 minutes to an hour today, while one dingbat woman hogs up the machine after she came right out and said she doesn't live here, so wasn't going to buy paint here anyhow. Nobody from your paint dept. said anything to her or offered me help with the sample of carpeting I brought in. You lost out on 2-3 gallons of Behr paint, plus brushes and everything else I need to paint a room. I'll check ... read more
checking out was a complete disaster.....the first register i was at crashed and stopped working, the second the woman asked me to come by her register then she picked up some items by her register and walked away for a few minutes making me wait till she came back and on my way out of the store all my items set off the door alarm for some reason.....the check out and register system in this store is old and way out of date and needs to be replaced. The staff in this store is also not very friendly and seems to not care.
Rudest staff ever! Only one very helpful cashier; every one was bothered by having to do their job. The staff at the Darboy location are much better. We'll make sure to drive the few extra minutes next time.
If I could give no Star I would have. It's been 15 business days since I have returned an item I bought online and have yet to receive my 197.50 back. I've been told different amount of days by the store and online. I gave the store my product so I should have my money. Today after the 15 days I was told another 5-7 business days to get MY money! I will never ever ever shop homedepot again. They steal your money send you broken items. Take 2 weeks over delivery date to get you your product then it's BROKEN! You guys are the ... read more
Selling expired seeds. Watch what you buy. Also there assisted self check out hates cash customers and there employees that work up front are very rude. Shop at the other home depot by petsmart
These dolts cost us thousands of dollars due to INEXPERIENCED workers. We understand mistakes are made but, after weeks of passing the buck and out-and-out lying, we can see this is a very dishonest place of business. AVOID!!!
